The pool is seasonal and will be closed between October and May.
Pets are allowed at the Empire Hotel but must be 40 lbs. or less.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One further older child or adult is charged USD 40.00 per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14.75 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
